The project design draws inspiration from the Art Deco style of the surrounding buildings to inform its simple geometry and repeated lines. The precast concrete facade offers generous fenestration. The combination of a light shade for the load-bearing elements and a darker shade for the frames creates a distinctive shading effect while refining the silhouette of the structure.

The residence contains more than 250 units, as well as commercial space on the ground floor, a gym on the third floor and a panoramic roof patio equipped with a swimming pool—the highest pool in Montréal at the time it was designed. The interior design draws on New York style (especially for the communal areas), accented with brass details. Several of the units and penthouses sport different finishing to appeal to a diverse clientele.
