The residential tower houses 286 units aimed primarily at young professionals. Its characteristic curved balconies are an unconventional design which distinguishes the building from its neighbours. The alternating curves evoke soundwaves and the unique rhythm of this neighbourhood dedicated to music and live performance. The red, 10-metre-tall climbing wall occupying the patio on the 28th floor is easily seen from surrounding public spaces.
