NEUF double-finalist at the World Architecture Festival + WAFX Winner

24.07.11

Our rehabilitation of the former Montreal Chest Institute is shortlisted at the Wold Architect Festival in two categories: “Future Projects - Office & Health”. This redevelopment project transforms an abandoned urban hospital into leading-edge biomedical labs, creating a new life sciences hub. We're honored to have been recognized by our industry's leading figures and look forward to presenting to the jury in Singapore this November.

In addition, it has just received a prestigious WAFX award. This rare recognition heralds the world’s most forward-looking architectural concepts, and is awarded to future projects that identify key challenges that architects will need to address in the coming years. This year the judges have selected the winners that they believe are all excellent examples of projects that address the big issues facing architecture, society, and the planet.
